Jaroslav specializes in corporate law, company transformations, and investments in both established businesses and startups.
He has worked at law firms in Brno and Prague, focusing on legal services for technology companies and investors. He also worked at one of the world’s largest consulting firms known as the Big Four, where he was part of a team specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transformations. There, he primarily focused on developers and other clients from the real estate sector. In addition to transactions and investments, he assists clients with routine business and corporate matters, whether that involves setting up shareholder relationships, drafting contracts, or debt collection.
He received his legal education at Masaryk University in Brno and, as part of his focus, also completed study stays at Belgian universities in Antwerp and Ghent, where he concentrated on mergers and acquisitions. Jaroslav is fluent in English and regularly works on cases with an international reach.
Marek specializes in real estate law, acquisitions and legal due diligence, commercial contracts, and debt recovery.
Throughout his career, he has worked both in a smaller law firm and in one of the largest law firms in Brno, where he led the real estate team. He has extensive experience in legal advisory, particularly in development projects, acquisitions and divestments of real estate projects, and related due diligence. He also supports clients in the day-to-day management of their real estate portfolios. His clients include investment funds and investor groups, development companies, as well as individual investors.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University. In addition to his legal practice, he is a sworn translator for the German language, registered in the list of translators maintained by the Ministry of Justice. Thanks to this specialization, he provides comprehensive legal services to German-speaking clients who require legal support within the Czech legal framework. In addition to German, he is fluent in English, enabling him to handle cross-border cases without language barriers.
Karel se specializuje na stavební právo a zastupování klientů v občanskoprávních a trestních věcech.
Ve své advokátní praxi těží z dlouholetých pracovních zkušeností na pozici vrcholového manažera předních českých i nadnárodních stavebních společností. Díky tomu klientům nabízí nejen právní expertizu, ale i hluboké porozumění fungování a řízení stavebních projektů, jejich ekonomice a smluvním vztahům mezi účastníky výstavby. Zaměřuje se zejména na spory ve stavebnictví, a to jak v jejich preventivní a smluvní rovině, tak při zastupování klientů před soudy a správními orgány. Významnou výhodou pro klienty je to, že je znalec zapsaný do seznamu znalců vedeném Ministerstvem spravedlnosti ČR pro obor Ekonomika, odvětví oceňování nemovitých věcí, a je autorizovaný technik pro pozemní stavby zapsaný u České komory autorizovaných inženýrů a techniků činných ve výstavbě (ČKAIT). Vystudoval Vysokou školu ekonomickou v Praze a Právnickou fakultu Masarykovy univerzity v Brně a zkušenosti získal také na studijních pobytech v Německu. Je zapsaný jako obhájce ex offo v trestních věcech u Okresního soudu v Jindřichově Hradci a Krajského soudu v Českých Budějovicích.
